房間衞生很好很乾凈，晚上睡覺也很安靜，不吵鬧房間裏是中央空調，洗漱用品都是一次性的，還很貼心的放了耳塞和兩根棉花，房東姐姐人也特別好，給我發了平潭的遊玩攻略，晚上玩的太晚回來洗澡，那個花灑有點問題，都快00.00了，我給房東姐姐發消息，房東姐姐也沒有不耐煩反而很耐心的來幫我處理，我退房的時候把行李和包放在一樓因為出門着急忘記包裏還有手機，房東姐姐給我打電話確認是我的東西以後，特別貼心的幫我保管，我來取行李的時候，還幫我從樓上收了衣服，所以我是真的很心甘情願的來評價，雖然房間在六樓，但是相對比之下，我可以接受爬樓梯，來平潭的這一次住宿真的很滿意！！
