首先這個價格在這個地理位置已經很優越了，這個位置去哪兒都很方便，而且房間大大的，還有大窗，很不錯了。 但是房間衞生我仍然給了4分原因是我們住了3天出現了3隻很大的蟑螂，小蟑螂不知道捏死了多少個……我是自幼就很害怕蟲子，所以內心十分介意，第一夜我就在二樓客廳木質沙發上過的夜，但是如果你沒有那麼害怕蟑螂，那這個肯定可以選擇，因為出現大蟑螂的頻率也沒有那麼高。 當我向房東説遇到蟑螂的時候，他們十分豪爽的説會做清理，也的確做了清理，但是蟑螂確實是南方常見的蟲子，清理也難以解決，蟑螂問題應該是每一個酒店都難以克服的障礙，好在房東十分願意幫助，在這裏再次謝謝！ 我們房間沒有配置吹風機，我也未主動像房東要，或許本來房間就不配置吹風機，這使長髮的我在台風天氣 陰雨連綿時有些難熬，且房間內鏡子早已看不出人的輪廓，房東可以在網上買張牆貼自粘的鏡子，那這個問題便可以得到大大改善（大樓大廳有張大鏡子雖然可以，但是在房間外，如果化粧還是有些不便），而馬桶卻極其易堵，雖然房東也及時解決了馬桶問題，但是我們入住3天卻堵了兩次也是有些糟心，所以在設備設施上打了4顆星。 但是房東家人的熱情是不可不談起的，入住中我和老公買了海鮮，大叔教我們怎麼洗，怎麼煮，還忙來忙去幫我和老公拿鍋以及指導，格外熱情，並且將我們要帶回家的需冷凍的食品放進冰櫃幫我們保存，我內心也是萬分感謝！ 我的評論存在公正性、客觀性、真實性，希望能給大家幫助！

老闆人挺好，洗衣液隨便用，洗衣機烘乾衣服，比賓館好多了，我們一家四口住的三人間，覺得很好，性價比很高，衞生也挺好。真的不錯，👍👍👍
