可能是在海邊的緣故，房間潮濕黴味嚴重，需要抽濕機工作。讓人體驗感不好的是，衞生間乾濕不分離，連浴簾都沒有，洗完澡衞生間濕漉漉，踩着濕拖鞋進房間，房間裏又濕答答，加上房間外直接是公共區域，所以塵土砂石被帶進房間，所以搞得整個房間地面就很臟兮兮的感覺。衞生間洗臉池沒有塞子，洗東西的時候，直接掉進下了水道，體驗感真的是欠佳。但民宿位置居中，距離北港村出口很近，周邊大排檔也很多。酒店推薦的老船長大排檔真不推薦吃，既貴菜品又不好吃。

衞生：沒有異味 晚上有小蚊子 但名宿有準備驅蚊液 到名宿可以提前先打開
環境：靠近海邊，小姐姐給免費升級的房間小陽台可以直接看見海 奈斯🥰

這個一樓的房間不喜歡且價格偏高，服務跟價格不成正比。算是目前通過攜程訂過這麼多家酒店不滿意2間中的一個。（可能是某些民宿的通病，照片看起來文藝唯美又有範，實際高度美顏加濾鏡）
1.酒店離海太近（出門即海）很潮濕，想開窗透氣，一樓外邊過來過去的遊客可以直接看到房間內部沒私隱，不開窗一會就有一股難以言表的味道，所以衹好全程抽濕機工作着，住了一晚抽濕機倒了2桶水；（為了評價的客觀，此評論僅衹針對1樓的這個親子房）
2.服務人員也不是很熱情。
好在住了一晚，換到了其他民宿（老闆熱情又周到），繼續保留了對大福州的好印象。
