一開始前台工作人員挺好，説幫忙升級成套房，可是套房有一股裝修後的傢俱味兒，於是又換回了原房型。可是讓人無語的是下午在房間睡覺，服務人員直接刷卡就進來了，説送水果。連門都沒有敲。把人都嚇着了，完全不注重客人私隱。

酒店距離龍鳳頭沙灘很近，在房間裏就可以看到，四周有很多餐館，斜對面有一個便利店，吃飯和購物都很方便。
