Very bad accommodation experience! The hygiene of the hotel is worrying, even cockroaches were found, which is disgusting. After two days at Kenting Love B&B, I'd like to offer some suggestions for improvement, which may also be helpful for travelers considering room selection. Pros 1. Located in the county town, it's convenient for eating and drinking, and not far from attractions and the high-speed rail station. 2. Located in a residential complex, with a code provided and self-check-in, it's quiet and uncrowded. The high-rise building is well-ventilated, and the elevator is convenient. 3. Customer service was absent throughout the entire stay. While there are self-service washing machines and refrigerators, the customer service wasn't always responsive, but they answered all my questions promptly. 4. The bed was odorless and appeared clean (I didn't check it carefully). 5. A toothbrush, comb, and bath towel were provided, but we rarely used them. The water supply was plentiful and hot. Cons (I've highlighted them in the pictures for easier understanding): 1. Small (see pictures!) 2. The black slippers were smelly, and the disposable slippers were the cheapest kind, making them slippery when entering the bathroom. 3. The hot and cold directions on the sink and showerhead are opposite, but there's no sign. 4. Those with long hair should be aware: there's no conditioner, and the hair dryer's wind speed is unusually low. 5. The soundproofing is poor. I could clearly hear the neighbors coming and going after 11 PM, but fortunately, no one was making noise late at night. All in all, our two-night stay cost ¥512, which was a reasonable price. B&Bs like these are everywhere on Pingtan Island these days, and they're all pretty much the same. I hope the owner can be more service-minded and provide clean, attentive service. Finally, a reminder about transportation. Taxi: At 11 PM, we shared a ride from the Pingtan High-Speed Railway Station back to the B&B. After bargaining, we paid ¥30 for two people (¥60 for four people), which took about 20 minutes. At 6:30 AM, we used Alipay to book a ride to the high-speed railway station for ¥21, which took 15 minutes. Car Rental: Shared electric scooters are available everywhere, but we chose to rent one for the day. The owner recommended it and it was reasonably priced.

I forgot to take pictures! It's so shabby! There's no electric blanket, no heating, and the air conditioning is not soundproof. The hot water in the bathroom tap is pitifully small. In short, it's really, really, really old. Check out before 12 o'clock or it will be 30 yuan per hour.

The room is small, but well-equipped. I felt very safe staying here. The TV can be projected, and I watched the live broadcast of the Asian Games for three days. It was very comfortable. There is also a shared refrigerator and washing machine, which is very considerate. The only drawback is that the wind is very strong here, and the windows are constantly rattling.
