窗簾拉開窗台上還有上一位住宿者留下的垃圾，清潔度較不細心，早餐CP值高，兒童遊戲室規劃跟佈置的很用心，安全性很夠，樣式多，小孩可以玩上整天，有小孩的家庭住宿CP值很高！

適合孩子，有很大的遊戲間與戲水池，但無法游泳只能戲水，位置佳近海生館，房間寬敞但沒有桌子有些許不方便，連假旅客較多卻人手不足，連住兩晚但來不及打掃房間。

我們住的是愛情海雙人小床，房間$2k多，不大但多了陽台感覺很開闊也乾淨。設施很多，小孩放電屋不錯，三溫暖普通但算乾淨，其他沒去。早餐buffet也不錯。整體上不能說頂級，但cp值覺得ok!

入住六人和室房，只有1包即溶咖啡，向櫃檯反應，回應說不可能只放1包，館方備品少給還懷疑顧客。
晚餐兩人份風味餐1200+10%，主菜魚，前後上的兩道菜看來是同樣的炸魚，詢問後回應，炸魚上淋的醬汁不同；點餐時看到幼兒同行，卻未告知每道菜都放辣椒，辣得每道小朋友都沒法吃。
遊戲室寫明早上九點開門，時間到不見人影，走上樓向櫃檯反應，很客氣地請我們自己去問spa館的員工，走去spa館想找人問，也是沒人在。
規定十一點退房，房間電話十點多響不停，好像怕人晚了一分一秒似的。
很糟糕的住宿體驗，不推薦。
