The location is very good, right at Sail Rock. The environment is comfortable and has its own parking lot. It is very close to Eluanbi Park, Extreme South Point and Kenting Main Street. The room is large, the bathtub is clean, and it's very comfortable to sit on the balcony and watch the sea! Buffet breakfast, simple dishes, sufficient and convenient. I think it's great value.

The sound of the water is a bit loud. I take a shower upstairs, but I can hear it clearly downstairs. There are a few plugs @@ Everything else is good, there is a place to wash your feet, and parking is easy! It's also quite close to the beach.
