酒店的整個硬件設施還是不錯的，停車非常方便，在負2樓，附近的交通也都是非常不錯的，衞生很乾凈，服務也不錯。

房間配套設施和地理位置都還不錯，但服務很不理想，辦理入住時，我們把車停在酒店門前的停車位，前台衹告知車停在酒店要收費，説是物業管理的，到第二天早上退房時，前台人員又告知車如果停在他們的後面停車場就不收費，我就想知道，昨天辦理入住時為什麼不告知，害得我交了26元停車費，這服務實在不敢恭維。

酒店在東興地標建築華美達廣場，房間寬敞，設施齊全，窗外望去就是越南的芒街口岸和彼岸居民的人來人往。早餐在32樓旋轉餐廳，住宿的還可以到34樓遠眺東興市和越南，非常棒的體驗。前台熱情禮貌，效率高，服務人員也很禮貌得體。

房間整體上不錯，乾淨衞生。服務一般，維納斯酒店我一般都不住，今次是積分兑換才住的，衹住兩次。該品牌酒店從來沒有單獨棟樓作為一間獨立酒店。隔音不好，通道腳步聲和説話聲都聽得一清。該樓太多公司人多太雜。特別是早餐是我住過的酒店最差的一次，品種單調，湯粉也是自助的，第一次見。停車方便，這個值得點贊，不過下負二樓的電梯太垃圾了。
