距離夜市很近，旁邊就是中越特色夜市、西街夜市、南街夜市，各種地道風味種類豐富，找吃非常方便。旁邊還有個小型廣場，每晚都有交誼舞、廣場舞，衹要不下雨，都會跳到晚上十點。

雅斯特唯一不足就是樓下廣場舞喇叭要響到晚上十點，有點擾民，方便之處是酒店轉彎即為夜市，很有煙火氣
