酒店位於市區核心地區，設施優良，服務態度很好，早餐不錯。酒店大堂在四樓（缺少提示），剛好是潤達商場、美食中心。這裏的美食店比廣州大商場還旺，到處可見登山者。

問題1 設備太舊了
電梯竟然不需要刷卡人人可進？
門上的那個鐵鏈，你告訴我有啥用？直接開個門縫就能把鐵鏈卸下來，啥破玩兒？
問題2 管理理念太落後了
要按金。房子裏一堆收費的物件。你能相信這是2024年的酒店？
問題3 半夜有人刷我的門？！什麼奇葩情況？
這不像是一家2024年的四星級酒店，更像是2014年的三星酒店。

1、淋浴🚿花灑水壓很低，出水很小。
2、一個馬桶墊應該標配的居然要收費用，扣了我按金。
3、電梯不友好，4樓大廳外面也沒有不能到達的説明。進去以後才能看見，人家已經關門啟動了。
