服務人員不僅禮貌周到，還給我升級了房型，特別好的服務，不僅有免費的茶包跟咖啡，又可以寄存行李。很熱心的幫我找車位。特別滿意！下次還來入住。

Although it is a non-smoking room, the whole room is full of smoke. I stayed for 3 nights but the smoke didn't dissipate. It seems that it is useless to note that the non-smoking room is useless. Although it is written as a non-smoking room, since it is mentioned, it means that it is very concerned. It seems that when allocating rooms, they did not check the condition of the room first, but allocated it at random. It seems that there is no difference between members and ordinary non-members. New hotel, the hygiene is OK, but there are hairs on the back two of the four pillows, but several hotels are like this. I guess they only change the front two pillowcases, and don't change the back ones if they don't look dirty. Others are not bad. The sound insulation to the road is good, but it's not so good inside. There is always noise. Arranged at the elevator entrance and the escape exit, and next to the restaurant... It would be better if the staff who allocate rooms at the front desk were more careful. Regarding smoking in non-smoking rooms without permission, fines should be imposed, so that some low-quality guests can be controlled. Otherwise, it will affect the check-in experience of other guests!
