Pingyao Grand Theater Hall East Garden

Located at the intersection of three main streets (east, west, and south), getting around is incredibly convenient. The surrounding area is packed with great food and major attractions. It's a two-entry, independent courtyard house with clean rooms that are full of Shanxi charm. Most importantly, the front desk lady provided thoughtful and attentive service, which was absolutely fantastic! 👍 She even picked me up from the train station for free!

The design was amazing, and the bedding, cleanliness, and comfort were all top-notch. The owner even offered a pick-up and drop-off service, which was a nice touch!

The location is fantastic, right on the edge of the old town center. The building itself is beautiful, a charming and historic old structure. The underfloor heating wasn't very warm, so we had to use the air conditioning, which made it a bit dry in winter. The shower had low water pressure and felt weak, though the sink faucet was fine. Overall, it was okay. If you're visiting the old town, I'd still recommend staying in one of these old inns within the walls; it's convenient for getting around and a great way to experience a centuries-old building.

The hotel offered excellent service, including shuttle transfers. Its beautiful courtyard was perfect for photos. Located right on the pedestrian street, it was incredibly convenient for exploring, with restaurants just steps away. The rooms are very unique and definitely worth experiencing.

Staying in a 200-year-old historic house, I truly soaked in the old-world charm. The rooms were spotless, and both the owner and staff were incredibly warm and hospitable. The guesthouse's location is fantastic, making it really easy to get around.

Excellent location and fantastic service! They even provided a detailed travel guide, which was a huge plus. It's incredibly convenient for getting around, as it's located right on the pedestrian street, and they offer car pick-up and drop-off service.
