The location is excellent, very close to the ancient city, just a short walk away. The front desk lady was very warm and welcoming. I arrived quite early at the hotel after a long journey and was tired, so she kindly let me check in several hours in advance. The bedding was also very good and comfortable.

Excellent location, new hotel, very clean and comfortable, nice people.
The only problem was the air-conditione that stopped and started during the night. I managed it buy turning the temperature very low, so it never reached it and didn't stop.

Good hotel, at a 20 mins walking-distance from the north gate of the ancient city. we enjoyed the stay and slept well! the only small note we can make is that the room (curtains) smelled like smoke also if it was a non-smoking one.

Fantastic location.. Just opposite the Ancient City Wall... I can see the lit City Walk, from my window. I can also easily walk to the 2 entrance gates. Restaurants are nearby, along the same main road. Bus stands are walkable too, to go to different places temple's outside the Ancient City.

I booked this hotel last minute for my business trip. It's super convenient, just a 10-minute walk from my office. Check-in was a breeze, and the front desk staff even offered to help with my luggage. The room was spotless, not a spec of dust anywhere, and the bedding felt really clean, so I slept great. The breakfast buffet in the morning had a good variety too. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay, and I'd definitely choose this hotel again for my next business trip! 🏨

This is my first time leaving a negative review; it's not terrible, but I usually don't bother. The staff were very nice, but the room they assigned me, 403, absolutely reeked. I was actually woken up by the smell in the middle of the night! I couldn't even go into the bathroom to wash up until 10 AM, after airing it out. No matter how good the facilities are, a bad sewage system is a major flaw. I'm only giving two stars because of the good service, but honestly, it was quite traumatizing!
