Jade garden hotel

Loved it! The grandma was so sweet, spoiling me like a child and constantly giving me little props, haha. The young man and woman working there were also very enthusiastic. The room was great too, clean and tidy. A truly wonderful experience! 😘😘😘

① Upon entering, the counters were covered in dust, and there was even hair on the bed from a previous guest, clearly indicating it hadn't been cleaned. ② When we left after checking in, the bedroom and bedding were a mess. When we returned, nothing had been tidied up (as pictured), and there were no tissues in the bedroom at all. Every time we came back, the tissue holder was empty. Does the owner expect us to use toilet paper to wipe our mouths? ③ We asked the owner about the air conditioning, and he immediately responded in a confrontational tone, as if he was ready for an argument. We paid to stay here; if your AC has issues, don't act like we owe you something. ④ Then I saw his 'glowing reviews' showing him picking up guests and helping with their luggage (as pictured). Yet, when we checked in, the owner never offered to pick us up, so we had to drag our luggage quite a distance ourselves, and the hotel is still a bit far from the city wall gate. We even had to carry our own luggage to the room in the end. It seems like those good reviews are fake. I just want to say, aren't we customers when we've paid? Or is our 4-day stay in two rooms not enough for your business to care about providing service?

This guesthouse is located within the ancient city walls, and the rooms are quite smart and modern. If you enter from North Street, it's just a left turn to West Street.
