L’établissement répondait amplement à nos attentes, nous y étions simplement pour un séjour de deux nuits afin de profiter des whites mountains. Les déjeuners sont simple, mais suffisant et la piscine, sauna et jacuzzi étaient bien appréciés après une journée d’activités.

Overall, the hotel was nice. Pool area was nice, much bigger pool than expected. Breakfast was okay - the waffle maker was nice.
The only complaint was the pillows were not comfortable and flat.

Never stay at this place! Worst place ever! Never sleep all night, so dirty. Our 1st room did NOT have a window, no pillow case, only a duvet with a sheet or anything over it! So dirty, clothing hanging in the bathroom. We complained and moved to another! The next room, still no pillow cases, nothing on the pillows at all….same with the duvet. Carpet was so bad we left our shoes on until we got into the bed. Oh the bed did not have a mattress cover just a little sheet. We would have left but didn’t have anywhere else to go! The wifi did not reach our room! Oh found a blood stain on the duvet! So didn’t sleep with any blankets! Did get pillow covers…..wow! This made our vacation the worst! Never ever again!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!

Checking staff was great. But that was the only staff we saw. Not a cleaning to be had from Monday to Friday. We had to go to pool house for towels. Put our garbage out in hall for pick up. Window had gap in it. Safety bolt was broken and the hotel smelled strong of asafoetida, curry, cumin. Hot tub was nice. Breakfast was waffle machine, bread or cereals. Not a protein to be had. They had green bananas or apples too. While I didn’t expect too much, a few things could make this place shine way more.

Hot tub, sauna and pool are nice perks at such an affordable hotel. Especially, after a full day of snowmobiling!

We have been staying here for 5 years and unfortunately this year was our last. We had bed bugs in our room and when I called to tell the front desk, the woman had an attitude with me and refused to let me talk to a manager to at least let them know.

En general estuvo bien. Solo tienen waffles y tostadas como desayuno y el horario te hace madrugar en vacacion 6am-8:30am.
