Its a good location but alot of sketchy people stay at this motel. I stayed here a few times and never had problems.

I liked the price and the shopping around the motel. The TV worked; the shower was hot. The small fridge worked well.
I did not like that the motel was supposed to be non-smoking, but it always smelled like cigarette smoke in my room. The room was not clean. There was hair in the bathroom and mold around the bathtub. No coffee or light breakfast is offered. Also, there is no hair dryer in the room.
