Hotel molto ben organizzato, sempre pulito e accogliente,personale della reception sono sempre stati molto gentili e ben disponibili a dare consigli su come passare la giornata nelle dolomiti(Gozze e Tiziana). Anche la sala è molto accogliente grazie alla disponibilità e dolcezza del metre Antonio e i ragazzi molto preparati e professionali (Martina,Gabriele, Davide e Giulio). Il menù della mezza pensione è clamoroso e con una cucina molto focalizzata sui dettagli del piatto, ma soprattutto sulla golosità di essi. Abbiamo avuto anche l’occasione di partecipare ad una serata con un menù fisso “Fish and Gin” dove ogni portata del menù prevedeva un abbinamento ad un gin tonic in totale 5, anche in questo caso molto cura dei dettagli sulla particolarità e cura delle materie prime usate.

Ottima accoglienza e personale fantastico. La camera è molto accogliente e con tutti i confort proposti. Grande attenzione alle pulizie, finalmente qualcuno che non lesina sulla biancheria da bagno e prevede tutte le necessità per usufruire della zona SPA. Ottima la colazione e la cena in Hotel. Amazing service and facilities, they offered us extra vegetables and salad for breakfast and excellent vegetarian meals. Melanzane with scamorzza for dinner were delicious. The room was light and clean, very modern. Highly recommended

Io e mio marito abbiamo soggiornato dieci giorni, nel mese di luglio, in questo delizioso hotel situato a pochi passi dal centro di Pinzolo - paese incantevole a pochi km da Madonna di Campiglio - e vicinissimo alla cabinovia. L'hotel è un gradevole mix di tradizione e modernità, arredato con molta cura e buon gusto. La camera e il bagno, sempre pulitissimi e molto confortevoli. Colazione e cena ottimi, preparati con prodotti di alta qualità. Nell'albergo è presente una spa, piccola ma dotata di ogni comfort; molto efficaci i massaggi praticati con grande professionalità dell'estetista Lorella. E' stata decisamente una vacanza indimenticabile, grazie anche alla professionalità, cordialità e gentilezza della proprietaria, la Sig.ra Isabella, del personale della direzione, Tiziana e Goce, del maître Antonio, di tutto il personale di sala (un grazie particolare a Gabriele) ed al personale addetto alle pulizie. Tutti ci hanno fatto sentire coccolati e sono sempre stati disponibili a soddisfare ogni nostra esigenza. Un grazie di cuore a tutti e sicuramente ci rivedremo.
