Neste Ibis já me hospedei diversas vezes, e sempre fui muito bem atendido. Houve, eventualmente, problemas pontuais nos quartos ou reserva, mas todos foram resolvidos com facilidade pela equipe de atendimento. Este é o ponto forte do hotel, além da boa localização, boa acomodação e bom café da manhã.

Terrible experience, phone in the silent room, I had to call from my private room to talk to the reception, they said that the maintenance went to the room was not, the bathroom stall drain clogged, when taking a shower it turned into a swimming pool and to finish, the bed sheet was with a splash of blood. Ibis's total disregard for the customer, a report was made at check-in and during the stay and nothing was done!

Atendimento excepcional e humano na recepção, áreas sociais e quartos bem limpos, café da manhã com bastante variedade/qualidade e estacionamento amplo. Localização também é um ponto forte já que fica em frente ao shopping. Ponto positivo também para as atendentes do café que são pura simpatia!
