Stayed one night here before departing on a cruise. Very good location near shops, restaurants, and some pretty churches. Basic room is large by European standards, clean with composite floor and no carpeting. Discovered a cooktop and refrigerator in a closet just before we checked out. European bath with no shower curtain and a splashing sink. €13 per person continental breakfast. Instant coffee and tea in room.

This small boutique hotel is outstanding. The reception staff go out of their way to ensure everything is perfect- they help with transit to and from the port, maps and information and there is even a mobile phone in the room that you can take out with you. The breakfast has everything you would want and the breakfast staff are amazingly helpful.

Very nice little hotel, close to the ferry gates and the metro station, extremely friendly staff. The room was very confortable, nespresso machine and minibar. The elevator is slow, so we took the stairs most of the time. Would definitely stay again.

Eight of us had a sibling and spouse reunion and we spent 4 nights in this hotel earlier this month (September 2024). It is well located, only 5-10 minutes' drive from the cruise terminal, and is a few minutes to a supermarket and pharmacies.The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. We particularly enjoyed the two dinners at the hotel restaurant. The food was very good. André the waiter was delightful in his manner, and we felt very welcomed. He was also very professional and helpful in handling a rather tricky situation - He and Vassilis went out of their way to ensure our birthday and anniversary celebrations were enjoyed by all. Nice and neat hotel tucked away just behind the ferry port of Piraeus. It is very close, walkable to Ferry port E9 and E10. The hotel itself is clean, tidy and well organized. The staff are fantastic; welcoming, polite and helpful. The main reason for the 5 stars. Our room, like the hotel, was clean, tidy and enough space. The bed was firm which works for us. The bathroom is large enough for one person, the water pressure is great. I really enjoyed staying a the Filson hotel.

I liked the location because it was quiet and not a noisy tourist area. I was able to visit major tourist attractions on foot. Even the subway station was close. There were delicious brunch restaurants, a coin laundromat, and a supermarket nearby, so it was convenient to use. This is a place I would like to recommend. I could always drink delicious coffee.

Stayed in a 6 bed hostel room. Bunk was comfortable. Nice large lock boxes. Good lighting and electric outlets with each bunk. Good curtains for privacy and lighting. Staff was really helpful and welcoming. Nice cafe on street level. Bathrooms were clean and kitchen on 1st floor was nice and coffee and tea were available. Great location in a Athens. Right where you want to be for quick access to attractions, transportation, restaurants and nightlife. Yes staying in a shared room can get noisy when people come in after a night out, but that’s hostel life. In any case bed was comfortable and I slept well. Would stay there again.

Minus: The toothbrush holder looked very dirty, I would probably give it a deep clean. There were some signs of mold in the shower and the toilet paper holder was loose from the wall. The rain shower head lived a life of its own, very inconsistent with how the water came out, it also took time for the water to warm up. If you care about noise, don't get a room with a street view, the windows really weren't soundproof at all. The location is a bit sketchy at night. I would also recommend the hotel to advertise to people not to waste food at the breakfast buffet because there was A LOT of it by others when we were there. This is a big thing for hotels in the north. Pros: The room looked quite newly renovated. Seems like the hotel was under renovation because when we were there it was a completely different style from the breakfast room to the room. It's probably going to be very pretty when it's finished. Plus for the minibar and kettle in the room. Plus for a separate toilet room and shower room. Great view from the balcony in the room and from the roof terrace. Great, down to earth staff. Also a very good breakfast, I have stayed in many different hotels and this is one of the best breakfasts in Europe for me.

It takes about 30-40 minutes, but there are commercial streets near the hotel that take about 5 minutes by taxi, and there are restaurants and shops, so you don’t have to worry about being bored! The room type I booked is a king bed with sea view. The price per night is about 650 pounds. There is a discount for staying for three consecutive nights! Before going, I sent an email to the hotel in advance to communicate that I had been there for the anniversary. They prepared anniversary cakes and champagne for us. Zundu was beautiful! The scenery is really beautiful! By the way, I also took a look at kea island O&O. It won’t open until the beginning of April. I plan to go there for my birthday!

The hotel is located in a quiet and beautiful area although somewhat far from Athens, the Acropolis (40 minutes by bus and metro). The hotel looks renovated and very nice, the staff is super friendly and willing to help you with everything, they speak several languages ​​so surely a person at the reception speaks your language and it will be easier for you to understand them. The only drawback is that the avenue that runs right next to the hotel is very wide and at night you can hear the noise of motorcycles passing by at high speed. The insulation of the windows could be improved although we were able to rest perfectly.
