Fiquei no hotel canoeiros no período de 15 dias à trabalho. Durante os primeiros dias passei por uma situação complicada relacionado ao Wi-Fi que não estava funcionando no meu quarto. Ao pedir ajuda ao recepcionista do turno da noite, ele me disse que tentaria resolver no dia seguinte. No dia seguinte entrei em contato novamente com a recepcionista do turno da manhã e ela disse que não estava sabendo do problema, mas iria entrar em contato com a área de TI para arrumar. A área de TI tentou solucionar o problema, mas não foi possível. Então entrei em contato novamente com a recepção (já no turno da noite), com o mesmo atendente da noite passada que de maneira nada receptiva me disse “então nada posso fazer”. Achei uma forma desrespeitosa de tratar um cliente. Alguma coisa precisava ser feito, já que no pacote está incluso Wi-Fi e eu precisava trabalhar no hotel. Há uma diferença muito grande no tratamento dos funcionários que precisa ser revisto pelo hotel.

O hotel está cada vez mais decadente. Uma pena, pois era o único da cidade. Falta de higiene, manutenção, toalhas velhas, rasgadas e descosturaras. A academia estava imunda, com manchas de suor na esteira e muita poeira. O atendimento no restaurante demora muito. Percebe-se a falta de funcionários no quadro fazendo com que as manutenções dos quartos e espaços comuns não sejam feitas adequadamente.
