Das Personal war freundlich und kompetent.
Das Hotel ist, nett ausgedrückt, in die Jahre gekommen.
Der Begrüsssungsapfel war von schlechter Qualität.
Der Fernseher ging nicht. Der Hausmeister, auch sehr
nett, musste kommen um ihn anzustellen. Warum legt man nicht einfach eine Gebrauchsanleitung hin.
Am Früstücksbuffet stand ein grosser Kaffeeautomat, der guten Kaffee gemacht hätte, aber es gab nur dünnen schlechten Kaffee aus Thermokannen. Es gab nur Brötchen aber kein Brot.

Exceptional staff that is kept busy throughout the week. Property is centrally located and easily accessible at all times of the day. The night desk manager was always on top of things. Breakfast buffett and facility cleanliness top notch.

Great location downtown, 5 minute walk to pedestrian zone. Great breakfast buffet, coffee, tea, juices, cold cereals, eggs, sausage, bacon, lunch meats, cheeses, vegetables, yogurt, fresh breads and rolls - even a vegan section! We stayed in room 101. As you walk in, you are in a foyer. Directly opposite is the bathroom door, tub/shower with stuck on circles for traction and a hand bar for safety, toilet shelving and sink. To the right of the foyer was a room with a door which had a desk, TV, chair and sofa bed, full size, which was comfortable. To the left of the foyer was a bedroom with a full side bed and open closet and spots to sit with cushions. Both rooms had windows that opened for fresh air. Everywhere was clean. 4 euro per day to park, spots were a little tight. Top level, 3, had a walk out terrace with seating and nice views. Staff were friendly and helpful. What more could we want!

Booked room for 3, and was given a two bedroom suite, which was excellent.
Breakfast good - but not free as advertised !
Only issue was the reception. It was supposed to be open until 8pm, but had shut when we arrived at 7.30pm. So couldn't get a drink to relax. We obtained room keys from a key-safe
