Cozy two level condo just a few minutes walk from the shoreline and downtown Pismo Beach. Tucked away on a quiet residential street, Window to Pismo is part of the historic Philippine Islands building, with lots of natural light, and is the ideal location for a beachside escape — whether you’re looking for family fun on the beach or a serene hideaway to unwind with a loved one. With two bedrooms and sofa sleepers in living room, the condo sleep 7, and is equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, dining area, balcony, a comfortable living area for movies and game nights, and a below-unit garage for your vehicle. All linens provided. Washer and dryer are located in the garage. all sinks are fitted with reverse osmosis. In addition, there is a bbq pit that is for the use of all occupants in the building, as well as an outdoor shower to clean sandy feet upon returning from the beach. Since the bbq is shared by all 4 units, please clean up after use as a courtesy for the other occupants. Window to Pismo has a host of amenities sure to make your stay pleasant and memorable. The condo is within easy walking distance of all that Pismo has to offer, from the main boardwalk to shops, cafes, surfing, fine dining and more. Start your day with an early morning sunrise walk on the beach, or perhaps a morning surfing jaunt. Unwind outside with a cup of coffee or tea on the balcony before a laid-back day exploring the Central California coast. Within driving distance are attractions such as Pismo Preserve, a series of trails that overlook the Pacific shoreline, Avila Beach, hot springs, San Luis Obispo, and the numerous wineries of central California. Living room couches are sleeper sofas. Maximum occupancy is 6. **Please be aware that there are steps leading from garage to the main door, as well as from main level to the bedrooms. Clean and close to Pismo beach. New mattresses would help in both rooms. Squeaky and not firm. But otherwise lovely.

This unit is perfect for a family beach getaway. The unit is exactly as described and more. It is literally 2 very short blocks from the beach and the main drag with all of the shops, restaurants . . . and the pier. For families with kids, this unit is very well equipped: baby gates, toddler plates, booster chair, a box of kid books and a play/sleep pen. Laundry is in the garage along with beach toys. The kitchen is fully equipped, so just bring your food and you are ready to go. Oh, and the sleeper couch in the living room is actually comfortable! If you want to be comfortable and "in the action" in Pismo, this unit is perfect.

The host was very attentive and helpful. The house was super clean and just 2 blocks from the beach. It was extremely comfortable and had everything we needed, including an air fryer!
