We stayed in this facility for only one night, but it was enough to capture the spirit of hospitality of all the staff, who with great courtesy and professionalism made us feel "at home", compliments to all the staff and to the facility for its cleanliness at the height of its stars.

L'Hotel è bellissimo e gli ambienti sono nuovi, accoglienti e molto puliti. La camera, vista lago, era stupenda, materassi e cuscini molto comodi. In camera frigo bar e disponibilità di canali sky in tv. Il personale è davvero cortese, giovane, sorridente e sempre disponibile a richieste o suggerimenti. La colazione, sia dolce che salato, abbondante e servita in una bellissima sala da cui si poteva godere di una splendida vista sul lago. L'hotel si trova in una zona leggermente rialzata ma a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro del paese. Molto comodo anche il parcheggio esterno dell'hotel. Davvero consigliato.

Das Hotel liegt etwas oberhalb des Ortes und bietet neben der Tiefgarage auch einige Parkplätze im Freien. Der Empfang ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Zimmer sind modern und sehr dekorativ ausgestaltet. Einige verfügen auch über einen Seeblick. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine sehr reichhaltige und für italienische Verhältnisse ausgezeichnete Auswahl. Das Servicepersonal ist gut geschult und sehr freundlich.

Stupenda accoglienza, esperienza positiva della zona benessere con poche persone, molto raccolta e intima. Ottimi consigli dove mangiare a Pisogne con sconti con ristoranti convenzionati. Che dire della colazione e della sala dove si consuma la stessa? Meravigliosa. Consigliato vivamente soprattutto se si vuole ritagliare un po' di tempo in relax per ritrovare se stessi. Siamo stati in questo hotel per il capodanno, la struttura è veramente molto bella il personale gentilissimo e disponibile per qualsiasi cosa. Le stanze pulite, profumate e confortanti. La colazione molto ricca che varia dal salato al dolce, insomma ce ne per tutti i gusti... Purtroppo metto 4 stelle per via della SPA che è stata veramente deludente. Nella prima vasca abbiamo trovato un gruzzoletto di capelli, il bagno turco emanava cattivo odore, il percorso si svolge anche all'esterno dove si trova una Jacuzzi e una sauna infrarossi. Nella prima l'acqua era verde e anch'essa puzzava, non si capiva come passare dalla vasca alla sauna infatti abbiamo dovuto scavalcare e poi come ultima cosa il set dato come nota stonata ha le ciabattine, che sono di stoffa e dunque subito si impregnano d'acqua.

Il soggiorno è stato davvero sopra le aspettative, camera bella spaziosa arredata con gusto, bagno funzionale e con tutto il necessario. L'area wellness intima, curata e con la giusta atmosfera. Da provare assolutamente il percorso Benessere con la sauna esterna ad infrarossi con vista lago e da non perdere Zero Body Dry Floating Experience
