Beautiful huge pool in a beautiful huge garden. 20 minutes walk to Chichen Itza. Staff were great, room spacious and comfortable. WiFi only in lobby and restaurant, restaurant was buffet only but very good.

The hotel is like an American motel it's long and skinny and along side the main road. So any Room with a "city" view has a view of the highway the noise and only curtains. So you can't get any privicy without the curtains closed.
Staff spoke little English. We were told buses run ever hour from 7:30 but no bus turned up at 7:30 so we waited till 8am and got a taxi. Taxis easy to get the reception will call for one for you.
Rooms had good shower and water pressure. Beds were too soft for me so with the noise of the road little sleep was got.
Pool was good and reasonable temperature.
We ate at local places a few mins walk and the food was amazing. That said hotel food we saw looked nice.
For one night it was okay

Très bien situé pour visiter le site. Le monsieur a l’accueil parle bien français et est très sympa.chambre confortable, mais éviter les chambres entre l’accueil et le restaurant sur le passage des groupes (français pour nous) particulièrement bruyants. Bon Buffet le matin Bon restaurant

Hôte très bien situé pour visiter Chichen Itza qui est à 5 mn... Bonnes prestations dans l'ensemble, chambre sympa, joli espace piscine. Les choses à améliorer : Les couples préfèrent souvent les grands lits au lieu de 2 lits simples, même grands, Le restaurant c'est plutôt moyen, cuisine pour bus de voyageurs avec buffet... Et puis le côté désagréable un peu partout au Mexique mais là en particulier, laissez les gens tranquille et arrêtez de débarrasser les assiettes pendant qu'on mange, on a l'impression qu'ils sont pressés qu'on parte et c'est désagréable !

Lors d'un circuit ns avons séjourné 1 nuit dans cet hôtel. Hôtel très bien. Belle piscine dans un très beau jardin. Belle chambre. Petit déjeuner (vrai jus d'orange) et dîner très bons et très copieux. Par contre les cocktails (pinacolada) ne sont pas extra - à améliorer avec le sourire). Je recommande cet hôtel très agréable.
