Not a good or value for money property seems ***agement need to take care of maintenance

Stayed for 2 nights from october 23. View was excellent from our 1st floor room and balcony. Good and prompt kitchen service. Helpful staff. Room was very spacious and nicely decorated.

Hotel is very good positioned. Staff behaviour is cordial. Food is also good. Neat and clean washrooms.

Rooms were good. Water heaters and room heaters could not be operated simultaneously. Food is good and staff were helpful As we were ten people, we have taken 4 rooms for two nights. Dining area is small

We booked 1 room for 2 nights in this hotel way ahead of our travel on Apr with the higher price as there are few hotels in Munsiyari. They deducted the full amount in few days and sent a mail about the confirmation. After few days prior to our travel their staff contacted me that they dont have any room available so if they can put us up in another hotel which is nearby. My question is if the rooms were not available how can you show that on the websites and why you deducted the amount and sent the confirmation. I came to know about this before 2 weeks of our travel. I found it very very unprofessional. As there are not ***y hotels available and we agreed to it because I was travelling with my kids. The hotel which we were put in was Bijlu Inn, the rooms were not at all standard. But the problem is with the communication between these hotels. Even after paying the total amount including food+Accomadation plan, during our checkout and day before that they were telling us that only accommodation is agreed upon, we have to talk to Vijay Mount View. While leaving again they started confirming. We found it very very bad experience. Definitely I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. Even booking the rooms way ahead of our travel(May), deducting the total amount, the behavior is not acceptable. In our total 10 days stay in Uttarakhand this is the only experience which is bad.

Me and my friends stayed at Vijay mount view for 2 nights...it was very good with very friendly staff and excellent hot food which we really enjoyed ...view of panchachuli peaks from our balcony was mesmerizing...i will go back to this hotel again
