The room was badly kept, with spiders moving all around and all sorts of insects you can imagine. Room cleaning was also not routine, was also not done when asked for, they have minimum staff, inspite of the high charge, not worth! the kitchen and food was horrible, not recommended for any one. Only one thing the property excell is the ambience, but, just for that you should not pay through the roof! on exploring around, better properties were noticed. Not recommended!

Property's location, hygiene, safety and maintenance is excellent but when you are charging extraordinary rates in food items, this is not appreciable to serve very meager quantity, this will wash away your all good deeds. I hope you understand this.

Great property. Very good hospitality. Peaceful place, untouched hill station of uttarakhand. Great location. Amazing architect of restaurant. No crowd like nainital, ***suri or shimla, lush green surrounding and stunning view of mountains. Love this place. If u are nature lover and want peace and leisure must visit.

Staff is courteous. Rooms are equipped with good quality products and 5 star geyser. They need to improve food quality, their gardens and keep certain swings for children.

Beautiful property, amazing views of ***y snow-covered mountains and peaks, rooms are luxury, restaurant is designed like a ship and gives you 360° Himalayan View.

Its a HUGE property compared to what you are used to, in hilly areas. Well maintained and clean. Staff is friendly and polite. Rooms are good, clean and average sized with a small sitting area outside each room. It has everything which you would expect from a good hotel. However the reason for a score of 3/5 Stars is because when you go for a vacation in the hills you look for rooms with a view and lot of greeney around it which, unforntunately, the rooms here lack. There is no view of the hills or the himalayas from the rooms even though it is located atop a hill (I think), which was a big let down for us. We checked in after sunset so we could not tell how was the view from the rooms but we made a guess based on the location of the hotel that it would be good. What a miss!! Instead if one wanted to have good view of the surroundings and the himalayas one would have to CLIMB UP 3 FLOORS in the restaurant block to reach the view point. In essence, if you wanted to relax and have a cup of tea while viewing the himalayas then check into another Hotel.
