Quiet, friendly, the beds were really comfortable. Breakfast was quite reasonable in breadth of offering. I would love to see seating rather than desk but absolute no complaints about the experience

It was very close to everything we needed. The beds were pretty nice,pillows were soft. Very nice and quite. Rooms could use some updating like the ceiling in the bathroom but, a very nice place to lay your head.

I chose to stay here since its ratings equaled other places that I have stayed at in Pittsburg. The building is older and I stayed the first two days after New Year's Day. I believe that I was the only person their both nights. My room was clean, and it was very quiet. The building was clean and on Wednesday night the bar was open if you want to do that. The employee who was there in the evening both nights was very nice and had hot coffee available, which was great. I have no complaints about anything. I was not expecting 5 star hotel when I booked my stay. It was clean, staff was friendly and it met my expectations.

It is a older motel and overall nice. It served its purpose for a place to lay our heads. Night clerk was very nice, but .orning clerks seem to have a chip on her shoulder. Our sink in our bathroom didnt run more liked dripped to wash your hands and our room key only worked when it wanted to. Minor issues and if I had to stay at a clean inexpensive place then I would stay here again.

We frequently use Lamplighter for various reasons, but this time we had a lot of trouble with the internet. Since our stay was over a holiday, we wondered if the problems were out of their control. However, we didn't ask about it at the desk. Usually, there are no Internet issues.

This place had bed bugs. As soon as we saw them, we packed up and left. I was told I would be refunded but I have yet to receive it.

I was making a trip up to Kansas to pick up a car that I had purchased from Texas. I traveled approximately 900 miles one way while looking for a hotel that was pet friendly. I came across this one and decided to just stay here because the reviews stated that it was way above standard that is not so the furniture was old scratched worn out very filthy. I will not stay here or recommend anybody to stay at this establishment.
