The first point of contact was a nice lobby with lemon water to greet you. In the late evening there were cookies on the desk for the taking. The people were very nice and helpful. My room was very large and clean with a desk for work. When I had time I got to enjoy the swimming pool, hot tub and exercise room. n the morning I was surprised to find an amazing full breakfast on display. GREAT value.

Just the best hotel! Staff is friendly, everything is clean, & rooms were very comfortable! Easy access from the highway, restaurants nearby, breakfast food was great. The outside of hotel was just as nice as the inside. Coffee available 24/7.

We stayed one night at this hotel at the beginning of a vacation to celebrate our 58th wedding anniversary. My husband enjoys ******s, so this was a good option. We have stayed there in the past and it used to be a vibrant place. A few years ago we were there and had to change rooms because the original was so dirty. This time we were in the newer tower, room was pleasant and clean but had uncomfortable chair and weird decor. There were no restaurants open in the hotel, only a bar/grill at the far end of the ****** and a couple of places in the ****** food court. And then the hotel coffee bar that did have a few options but room had no place to comfortable eat and lobby was the only other option. We were also disappointed to find that the $20 we paid extra for a ”breakfast included” meant having one of 3 breakfasts sandwiches, a fruit cup, and a coffee from the hotel coffee bar. People working there were very nice, but we missed the elegance of a Radisson as experienced many years ago, and we missed restaurants.

This place is plain Jane, no frills and would have been better if the surfaces had been cleaned but they were sticky with food residue. The shuttle service they contract with is unprofessional. They arrived 20 minutes late for our shuttle to the airport, putting stress on our family of four at 4AM. When they arrived there was no ”I'm sorry”, just an excuse that she was sick. Unacceptable. I don't think we will stay there again.
