Pittulongu Hotels with Wi-Fi

Did not start off well at all! When we got there the receptionist told us our room wasn’t ready and would be ready for 3pm. When we came back it still wasn’t ready and was told to wait another 15 minutes. We didn’t get into our room until 3:30am. Once in our room, although dated it was clean with a beautiful view of the sea. If you stay in a classic room, beware as if you want to use sun beds on private beach it is 40 euros full day and 20 Euros half day per person. It’s a shame that they need to charge this as it is never busy! The staff in the restaurant are amazing, attentive and polite and can’t do enough for you. The reception staff are also friendly and helpful! Selma and David were especially helpful! The room was cleaned to a high standard daily and all towels changed, the cleaners were very polite and friendly too! There are restaurants in walking distance but brush up on your basic Italian as not many people speak English which we thought was good as it encourages you to learn ! Barbolla restaurant was fantastic! The locals are very nice and friendly but be aware that people don’t really eat until 8pm as shops and restaurants shut around 1pm and do not open again until around 7pm. Getting the bus to Olbia is also a nightmare if you don’t speak Italian and the taxi to the town and back will set you back around 60-70 euros. The Nuska restaurant onsite is good but very very expensive, if you choose to eat here at night it will be costly but they have an all day menu that is reasonable. That being said, the food is of 5 star quality! There is also a beach bar within a short walking distance that offers a selection of sandwiches and drinks and the staff are very friendly ! All in all, Sardinia is a beautiful place and the beaches are amazing 🤩 will definitely return but definitely brush up on my Italian 🇮🇹 The Pelican Beach is a beautifully situated hotel but with a few tweaks: More sun loungers around the pool More of a reasonable selection on the dinner menu. A smaller charge for sun beds Options to use the loungers on grass with a small charge Some entertainment at night I honestly think with tweaks it would be amazing ! With this being said we have had the best time so thankyou Pelican Beach !

We’ve just returned from a very relaxing week’s holiday at Hotel Stefania. It was just what we were looking for. ALL the staff are amazing, especially the reception ladies and the restaurant staff. Nothing was a problem and they go above and beyond with a friendly smile. We stayed half board and really enjoyed the food in the beautiful restaurant. The waiters were attentive and looked after us amazingly. We had a fantastic boat trip organised by the hotel and made some great friends, highly recommended. We also caught a taxi organised by the hotel to Olbia which was a great day out but there is a cheaper option of a bus. Our room was spacious and kept lovely and clean. The beautiful beach is a short walk, perfect. If you’re looking for a relaxing beach break this is the place. We will return in the future. A big thank you to the hotel!
