Estoy muy contenta con la atención, que me dieron en Los Portales, aquí en Piura, empezando desde recepción. George y Junior entienden las necesidades del viajero. Viajé con mi mamá que es adulto mayor, le ofreciendo una silla de ruedas para llevarla a la habitación porque la veían cansada. Me encantó el desayuno buffet. Todo el personal es súper amable, saludan a todos y se involucran. Las habitaciones súper limpias. Tanto me gustó que regresé una segunda vez ya para regresarnos a mi ciudad, y el precio es bueno también. Muchas gracias por la agradable experiencia.

Regresaría sin dudarlo, tiene excelentes ambientes, piscina amplia, todo muy limpio, se descansa muy bien y cuenta con una ubicación privilegiada frente a la plaza de armas, y frente al museo, cerca de centros comerciales, farmacias y más

A stately old hotel on the Plaza de Armas in the town center. Superlative in every way! Staff were all very kind and accommodating, the meals were excellent, the building and pool area were beautiful. I can't imagine how our experience could have been better. Thank you!

A beautiful experience. Wonderful place, common areas are top 10, the breakfast was great, the pool as well. The staff is efficiently good, specially Ivan Saldaña, he is the conserje and do a splendid job over there. I recommend Los Portales 100 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Excelente servicio del personal, desde que llegas son todos muy amables y te ayudan en todo momento. Además es super céntrico, está cerca de la catedral, museos, etc. La comida dentro del hotel es buenaza!!! Las habitaciones son amplias y frescas. Fue un agrado hospedarme en LOS PORTALES.

Conserje muy amable y atento, personal de alimentos limpios, rápidos, dispuestos, me gustó en general los días de visita en Piura, también por la piscina limpia, las áreas comunes, las ventanas antirruidos, el aire acondicionado necesario para dormir, las sabanas
