En general una buena experiencia en Rua hoteles. Habitaciones cómodas, ubicación céntrica, buena atención del personal, y todo muy limpio. Cuentan con un rooftop que es amplio y acogedor.
Ya he ido un par de veces y lo recomiendo.
Lo malo: En este último viaje terminando mi evento, fui al rooftop y me pedí una hamburguesa Rua, esta indicaba que era carne angus; lamento decirles que eso no era cierto, la carne estaba muy seca, los bordes quemados y de sabor no estaba cerca a ser Angus; por S/37 esperaba algo mejor.
Otro incidente pero de poca importancia fue el envió del desayuno a la habitación, espere más de 30 minutos y no llegaron; si lo ofrecen como servicio se debe de cumplir caso contrario indicar que no se puede.
Por todos lo demás es un hotel bastante bueno.

Buena parada para continuar con el viaje, el hotel es cómodo, céntrico, tiene aire acondicionado (perfecto para el calor de verano que está insoportable). Trajeron el desayuno a la habitación así que 10/10 el servicio. El único punto en contra es que la habitación no tenía fríobar pero fuera de ello todo muy bien.

Buen hotel con un business center adecuado, deben mejorar el restaurante y la atención en este. Tarifas adecuadas y flexibilidad en los horarios de ingreso y salida. Tienen una terraza interesante en el 5to piso

Tiene aire acondicionado, te dejan botellas de agua por día, tiene escritorio, buen espacio, buenas luces, varias toallas, más de 1 jabón y shampoo, es estilo o el decorado es bueno. El TV tiene cable e internet. Desayuno incluido y se puede comer en la terraza, primer piso o habitación. Muy bueno el lugar en general y la atención muy amable.

La cama es amplia y cómoda, sábanas limpias, colchón bueno, toallas y otros artículos de higiene, el personal atento y muy respetuoso, los ambientes son limpios y acogedores, tiene resto bar en la azotea. Una excelente experiencia

Me encantó el hotel y sus detalles, y ahí es donde lamentablemente encontré que mi habitación no tenía servicio de teléfono, la línea al lobby estaba muerta. Lo reporté, no lo arreglaron y me dijeron que había otras habitaciones con el mismo problema. Hay que esforzarse para no quitarle el buen nivel que tiene este Hotel como opción en el centro de Piura. Por lo demás, me gustó mucho!

Un buen hotel para viajes de negocios, bien ubicado, restaurante cumplidor y buena atención del personal. Limpio en todas sus instalaciones a pesar de las lluvias y polvo de esta época del año. Deben mejorar el control del ruido que genera la terraza bar del 5to piso. Muy buen relación calidad-precio

Está cerca a la plaza de armas, es un lugar tranquilo, con habitaciones cuidadas y limpias. Se nota el esmero por hacerte sentir cómodo. En nuestra estadía el servicio fue cálido, amable y de forma atenta nos ayudaron con los pedidos que hicimos. Importante para quienes viajamos por trabajo: buena señal de internet. Muy contentos
