該酒店前台工作人員很認真，房間佈局可以，設施也説得過去。但 不像以往住的維也納酒店。這個酒店各個方面管理都不嚴謹，衞生不是很乾凈，特別是停車管理。其實門前可以停不少車，地庫雖和小區共用，但也很大，負一、負二兩層，但因為沒有專人管理，到處臟、亂、差。地面上停的車很亂，地庫裏不僅亂，還臟的不堪入眼。起碼把自己酒店這塊地方打掃乾淨。清晨從地庫上地面，由於出口兩側都停滿了車，差點和進來的車相撞，沒有專人管理真不行。其實這塊工作，酒店管理層想想辦法，地庫劃出一部分，歸自己酒店專用。把通往地庫的電梯外面收拾收拾。把維也納酒店辦好，期待着！
