Excellent view du lac, une piscine en plein air, un resturant tres chic et avec une excellente cuisine, une salle de sport tres chic et mise dans un cadre tres beau, des chambres tres belles. Ce sont que des atuus a choisir ce bel hotel ou vous pouvez arriver aussi en moyen de transport en comun, le bus numero 17 a un arret a cote de l hotel. L’acceuil est excellent, tous sont la pour vous et pour vous sentir en vacances meme en travaillant😊 Merci pour tout . Ce fut une experience innoubliable dans votre bel hotel💐

Let me start by saying that we are regular customers of the Accor chain. Located near the motorway, it is on the outskirts of Lausanne. This hotel is average for its chain, although the rooms are a little small and the standard amenities lack a bottle of water. Convenient free outdoor parking. Good breakfast, the restaurant also offers well cooked and presented dishes

Compared to other Novotels I've stayed at, this one fell slightly short in service level and amenities, with no recognition for Platinum members. I'm unlikely to stay here again, but I must admit that the cleanliness and friendliness of most front desk staff, particularly one who went "above & beyond" to assist me at 1.30am (Sorry I couldn't remember his name)

Very nice hotel. Spacious room with double bed ( very very comfortable) and they also open the sofa bed since we were 2 adults and two children. The sofa bed was comfortable and big enough for two adults. Bathtub in the bathroom. Kettle with tea and coffee. Small fridge At the entrance there is a fountain water with still water and sparkling,. We paid for the breakfast and it was worth, big variety and very good

The service (or the concept) is that there is nothing left in the room (no mini bar, no room service menu, just a kettle and a few tea and coffee bags).
Furthermore, hot water problems were partly resolved after 24 hours (impossible to take a shower without holding the shower even after corrections).
Otherwise clean room and friendly people.
