Hotel that met our expectations
Hotel very lively pity that there is not more animation in Italian

Die Betten hier sind nicht so bequem. Keine richtigen Decken. Der Rest ist super gut! 👍Das Essen ist vielseitig und lecker. Pool und. Eer sind ein Traum. Sehr saubere Anlage. Viel Freizeit Gebot. Viel zum erleben. Gerne wiedereinmal!!!!

The hotel is amazing it’s my second time here the resort and it’s so inclusive. Anca, Marek and Leon were amazing they made my holiday so memorable they’re so friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be back! I would recommend going to pizzo for the day trip it’s so worth it.

The hotel as a whole is really good , if your going as an adult couple the private lodge area is a must , you get a pool two bars and Buffett restaurant plus full use of the rest of the hotel. The pool area is fantastic no rush for sun beds, The Buffett restaurant is much smaller than the main hotel one and so a little limited on choice but if you put that against the hectic life of the main one plus kids running and screaming around it’s well worth the upgrade . Whilst in the private area you do get one visit to the restaurant per stay, honest don’t bother, poor service , average food and menu not matching what was presented, The other restaurants you can visit while here were much better , really enjoyed them , Definitely use the Pizzo shuttle bus for a trip , it’s a very small city but worth a morning trip , Beach is made up of small pebbles and sea can be tricky at times so be aware, beach restaurant is nice they put events with bands on throughout the week, Overall definitely worth the upgrade and a nice and relaxing stay

soggiornato dal 5 al 12 settembre con mio marito( camera 6134) Vacanza al top.tutto perfetto dalla ristorazione alla pulizia quasi maniacale di tutto il resort( aree interne ed esterne). Una magnifica pineta di eucalipti e pini che x 500 m. separa il resort dalla spiaggia,con un percorso relax da provare.ristorante all inclusive anche sulla spiaggia. Un all inclusive davvero completo al 100% basti pensare al wunderbar aperto h24 che alle 20.00 distribuisce persino l acqua di cortesia x la notte. Ristorante a buffet completo di tutto( ma proprio tutto) seguito egregiamente dal Maitre Francesco e da tutto il suo staff efficiente al 100%. Non da meno le signore che gestiscono le stanze alla perfezione e tutti i giardinieri che si occupano del verde tenendo tutto impeccabile. Ringrazio tutto ma proprio tutto lo staff del Tui Magic Life per aver contribuito a rendere perfetta la mia vacanza!Torneremo sicuramente.

Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza fantastica in questo resort che ha superato tutte le nostre aspettative! La struttura è immersa nel verde, curata nei minimi dettagli, e situata direttamente sul mare. Per raggiungere la spiaggia, si attraversa una splendida pineta che rende la passeggiata estremamente piacevole e rilassante. La spiaggia di ghiaia sottile dona al mare dei colori unici. Abbiamo soggiornato in una camera con maisonette, la soluzione perfetta per chi cerca spazio e privacy. Tutti gli ambienti erano ben organizzati e molto curati, contribuendo a rendere il soggiorno ancora più confortevole. Un aspetto che abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato sono gli spazi dedicati alle piscine, alle attività sportive e al relax: molto curati, puliti e sempre ben organizzati. Ogni dettaglio è pensato per offrire comfort e tranquillità agli ospiti. Nonostante abbiamo trovato una settimana un pó piovosa, il resort ha offerto numerose opportunità di svago e gite nei dintorni. In particolare, la visita alle Isole Eolie, un'avventura che porteremo sempre con noi. Il cibo era ottimo, vario, diverse possibilitá di ristoro, tutte eccelenti, e con un'organizzazione impeccabile e una pulizia che ci ha colpiti sin dal primo giorno. Ma il vero punto di forza del resort è stato il personale, sempre gentile e attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. Un ringraziamento particolare va alla signora Carmen del guest service per la sua disponibilità. E un elogio speciale va al Bar Manager, il signor Joe: con la sua gentilezza, premura e grande professionalità, è riuscito ad aiutarci in un momento di difficoltà, rendendo il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole e indimenticabile.

Third visit. Entertainment team were great this year, food improved can’t fault at all. Great for families. Daughter has spent 2nd 3rd and 4th birthday in this hotel and can’t wait to come back. Werdy is an incredible singer and jay jay is great with young children. Don’t understand the silly complaints at all if you try and speak a little Italian all staff are lovely. Will definitely return one day

le camere dell'hotel erano molto belle e pulite, il cibo al magico era ottimo, ci siamo divertiti molto ogni sera, abbiamo fatto una gita a tropea ed è stato bellissimo, abbiamo trascorso una giornata fantastica. volevamo dire un grande grazie a patrycja e steffi del team di animazione, hanno davvero reso la nostra vacanza qui, patrycja ci ha sempre parlato e ci ha coinvolto in tutte le attività, sono state entrambe così gentili e hanno reso la nostra vacanza fantastica. steffi è stata fantastica con l'attività mobile durante la sera e ci siamo divertiti molto anche a fare l'achery (è stata un'istruttrice fantastica). sono state le uniche animatrici che ci hanno coinvolto e ci hanno fatto sentire davvero speciali durante la nostra vacanza. :)
