Molina, Shakira and the rest of the staff were exceptional. Beautiful and very comfortable accommodations and just enough to do to keep you entertained and/or relaxed. spa services were amazing. I highly recommend!

The excellence in design, construction, integration into its surroundings, and sense of place make the property amazing. Even more amazing is the staff and experience. Juan, Julian, and the entire staff was the nicest most attentive team I have ever seen. Oh, and the food, WOW! - we kept talking about going somewhere to try out something different but we kept trying different items and specials on the menu and we couldn’t bring our selves to go anywhere else. Overall, it’s the finish resort I have ever had the pleasure to stay at.

What makes this resort so special is the Staff. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. I also liked that it is not a hotel structure. We had our own, separate beach house! Naia is right on the beach and secluded, so a great place to relax in peace. I also enjoyed the plush greenery surrounding the resort. This is a laid back, quiet place; don’t expect a bustling, party a**osphere.

This was a romantic vacation for a special birthday and anniversary. We loved the resort, property, spa, and especially the beautiful villa with pool and luxury bath area and outdoor shower. All of the staff were exceptional. They were so warm and welcoming, polite, kind, friendly and extremely service oriented. We highly recommend the resort!

Our second stay at Naia was as wonderful as the first! Absolutely stunning location! The beach houses are perfect for a relaxing stay with plenty of room both inside and outside. And the staff was fantastic--very friendly and very helpful.

Our stay at Naia Resort and Spa was just what we had hoped for. By far, the best part of our experience was the attention from the staff. Not only did they cater to our needs, they genuinely wanted to get to know us. The food at both on-site restaurants was excellent - local and fresh. The accommodations were spectacular - we stayed in a beach from studio. As we were preparing to check out, we had already begun the process of planning our next visit.
