酒店整體很温馨，外面環境很美，離高速出口近。房間選的遠離馬路，還蠻安靜。洗手間沒有乾濕分離，淋浴間沒有隔離，也沒有抬高，洗澡水流出來很遠，第二天還有積水。打掃衞生的就衹換毛巾，鋪床，收垃圾，不拖地，地上的頭髮、鞋子踩的污水印都不管，這點很奇怪。早餐不能指望跟國內酒店一樣，標準美式簡約早餐。

這個酒店還好，停乾淨的，離機場很近，衹需要大概10分鐘可以到機場.早餐有煎肉餅，麪包，牛奶，酸奶，水果。

空港近くという事で予約しました。ここは室内外ともとても清潔で快適に過ごせました。ただ少しだけエアコンの音がうるさくて起きてしまいました。シャワーの水圧もお湯もスムーズです。

Clean room friendly staff however I did fall and broke my arm on property but no one took an incident report. Besides the fall it was ok

After being relocated from a previous hotel we were assured there would be an indoor pool that we could use. Apon arrival at 630am after a different nightmare situation we immediately checked into the room and rested for just a few hours. When we woke my 5 year old was beyond excited to go swimming. Unfortunately the pool is out door and closed due to it being below freezing temperatures outside in early February. Due to the situation we wanted to stay in a different hotel that night but couldn't get refund

My room was so comfortable and spotless. All my encounters with staff were excellent, and especially with the complimentary breakfast hostess who was so kind and welcoming to everyone while she kept everything clean and orderly. Breakfast was delicious and always well stocked. I will definitely return to this hotel for future Indianapolis Airport stays.
