We booked this hotel months ahead for our family (parents & 2 adult daughters) to meet for the solar eclipse. The staff was courteous & accommodating. They were eager to help when I called for help so that our daughter could check in before we arrived. The breakfast was adequate and the room was underwhelming. However, the field & area where the hotel is located was excellent & they allowed pets, so this more than met our needs. Of course it helped that we had gorgeous weather for a spectacular event. Truly wonderful experience!

Everything was perfect and clean. Close to airport. Shuttle service, and paid parking to leave my car while on my trip.Desk was responsive and knowledgeable. Lots of restaurants in walking distance, or just door dash it like I did. Not my first stay and won’t be my last.

We stayed here during the eclipse, since there weren't a lot of hotel options available. I was a little disappointed in the hotel, though it was certainly adequate. The room was very large and I appreciated the large counter area in the bathroom. The internet wasn't quite strong enough and the breakfast was a little sparce. Everything was clean, though the staff weren't very welcoming.

The room was fine, although the halls were rowdy for a while up to 12 pm, but I didn’t appreciate the fact that they ran our credit card at 4:00 pm before we arrived. You have up to 6:00 to cancel so why did they charge our card before we actually showed up? In addition, we went downstairs in the morning for breakfast, and granted took our luggage to the car, but left toiletries because we planned to use our bathroom before hitting the road. It was only 8:30 am and when we went back to our room, they had cleaned our room and took our toiletries.
