The best part of my trip was the indoor pool, breakfast was lacking, and the TV's everyone complained about. There were only 3 channels and they weren't very good.
The rooms were outdated.

This was a great stay, especially for the price. Check-in was great. Staff friendly. Room very clean. One complaint was we didn't have a TV remote in the room. We called the front desk and they said they would try to find one for us. When we got it, we discovered the only thing the remote would do was turn the TV on and off. Being a late hour, we didn't pursue it, but left it at the front desk in the morning and told them it hadn't worked.

We stayed here for one night the bed was super uncomfortable. If know, I would had rather stated at the Hamptons.

Came to meet family around the holidays. The rooms are roomie and clean, a little drab in colors/linens, but great service and decent basic breakfast. Walls are thin- can hear normal conversations. Pool area is clean and well-maintained.

We liked that the hotel was just off the 81. We didnt like that we didn't see the hotel sign when arriving as it was obstructed. We didn't like that staff couldn't give us a paper plate or juice/ water unless we were having breakfast on site. Sais they would get in trouble??? Sad really.

My room was nice and clean but the tv kept messing up and would not work. The hotel was clean itself but the pool and hot tub were orange all at the bottom especially the hot tub was all orange. My friends room had a broken door hinge lock (the one that swings to lock) the hook end was complete broken off and her room haf wha looked like an axe chop right through the bathroom door tha was sealed with liquid rubber. Overall hotel was not bad. Close to everything and was worth the price. Would stay here again.
