Das Personal ist super, alles sehr familiär, das Essen ist immer super lecker und frisch! Die Zimmer und auch die Anlage sind super sauber! Die Lage ist Top, ca. 2 Minuten zum Strand! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt dort und werden aufjeden Fall wieder kommen! 🤗

Hotel, Zimmer und gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und geschmackvoll gestaltet. Personal ist außergewöhnlich freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Frühstück und Abendessen sehr vielfältig und von bester Qualität und Frische. Lage auch ideal. Absolute Empfehlung!

Sehr herzlicher Empfang, obwohl wir erst um 23.30h angekommen sind. Sogar Kleinigkeit zu essen und Wasser lagen im Zimmer für uns bereit. Betten sehr gut. Qualität im Restaurant sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Bedienung sehr aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und sehr gut drauf. Hotel absolut empfehlenswert!

Ein eher kleines, gemütliches familiengeführtes Hotel. Alle Räume und Flächen sind sehr geschmachvoll eingerichtet, ordentlich und sauber. Ob Frühstück oder Abendessen - alle Speisen waren einfach super zubereitet und lecker. Unser Lob geht an das gesamte Personal! Ein ruhiger Ort mit Tavernen, Geschäften einem großen und sauberen Strand - alles da, was man zum Erholen braucht.

Wir sind erst spät angekommen und wurden absolut herzlich begrüßt, hatten Abendessen im Zimmer bereitgestellt. Selten habe ich so freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal erleben dürfen. Das Essen im Hauseigenen Restaurant (Buffet morgens und abends) ist köstlich und vielfältig! Während einer persönlichen Beratung haben wir Tipps zu Ausflügen erhalten und für jegliches Anliegen konnten wir uns an die Rezeption wenden. Wir konnten unsere gewünschten Reiseziele mit einem Mietwagen gut erreichen - das Hotel hat Rabatte auf den Mietwagen Verleih ermöglicht.

Sehr gut geführtes Hotel mit einer ausgezeichneter Küche. Frühstück u. Abendessen sind abwechslungsreich und lecker mit vielen nationalen Gerichten und Nachspeisen . Das Zimmer u. Bad waren klein, dafür sehr sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich u. hilfsbereit. Ein besonderen Dank an die Managerin, die mir einen günstigen Flughafentransfer, (mein Transfervoucher wurde nicht anerkannt) bei einer Reisegesellschaft besorgt hat.

Highly recommended, the hotel is immaculately clean, as are the rooms. Great location for access to the village and the surrounding area. Can't fault the food, which is always fresh and well presented. The hotel staff are a pleasure to be around, always attentive and just as important smiley and fun. The restaurant staff are efficient and helpful. We did the boat trip to Preveli, with a picnic provided by the hotel, this is also highly recommended. All in all a lovely hotel and well worth considering if you're visiting this part of Crete.

Ein gut strukturiertes Hotel. Die Zimmer sind ok. Seitlicher Meerblick Zimmer befinden sich über der Küche bzw. Restaurant, das bringt ab morgens zwischen 6-7 einige Geräusche mit sich. Ansonsten gibt es nur gutes zu berichten. Das Personal ist gut geschult und immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein Lob an die Geschäftsführung. Es findet scheinbar eine Schulung oder ein gute Auswahl statt. Das Personal hat für uns 6 von 5 Sternen verdient. Danke und gerne wieder

Besonders schönes Hotel mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Exzellenter Service,es fehlt an nix. Freundliches Personal. Sehr sauber und hoher Hygienestandart. Frühstück und Abendessen sehr reichhaltig und Abwechslungsreich. Poolanlage wunderschön in gepflegter grüner Anlage. Supermarkt ist direkt um die Ecke sowie der Strand .
