Hotel con unas vistas extraordinarias tienen tres Suites de lujo completas. También tienen habitaciones individuales completas nosotros hemos estado en ambas pero hemos repetido dos veces en las Suites. Las propietarias on encantadoras y te atienden todo que necesitas. Hemos enviado a amigos y también han salido muy contentos.

Nos hemos alojado en uno de sus apartamentos y en la misma linea que siempre. Decoración cuidada, limpio, espacioso, con fantásticas vistas, bien equipado y la mejor anfitriona. Siempre que vamos a Plan reservamos en sus estancias, deseando volver. Gracias Ana

El hotel se encuentra en el centro de la localidad de Plan, la estancia muy agradable. El hotel muy limpio y el personal muy amable. La habitación que nos dieron disponía de balcón 6 7nas vistas a la montaña muy bonitas

Muy a mi pesar le pongo una estrella… Deseaba ir a este hotel desde hace tiempo por recomendación de amigos. La pena fue que el día de ir la dgt recomendaba adelantar la vuelta a casa por fuertes nevadas. Pensamos que lo mejor era llamar y ver si existía opción de cambiar de fechas o, dada la situación excepcional, devolver el dinero (aunque fuera algo). Nuestra sorpresa es cuando el hotel no nos ofreció ninguna posibilidad, y tuvimos que abonar el 100% del importe… Creo que a veces hay que ser más flexibles ante este tipo de situaciones y empatizar con el cliente antes que solo pensar en el dinero. No volveré a reservar en este hotel.

Nos sorprendió absolutamente todo el lugar es precioso el hotel es acogedor ,limpio todas las medidas Covid al día ,personal encantador ,gracias a Nuria y su Madre por hacernos sentir en casa.Desayuno variado de proximidad Klm 0 . Habitación con Balcón cama supercomoda muy grande.Y agradecer al personal limpieza por su trabajo impecable.Muchas gracias repetiremos sin duda.Se me hizo corto .
