Arrived approx 8pm Intro to this hotels was one of the worst I have EVER been in. Young female, NEVER looked up at me anytime during the course of exchange. I was wishing to apply cash payment of room and tax to my room and leave my credit card for incidentials, I was not even able to finish my sentence when she abruptly interrupted me by saying ” Oh no, we have policy and procedures here, you would need to put down $300 cash and hold up to $190 on the card, for incidentials, the TV, pets. I looked at her in amazement, $300 !!!! that's more than my room and for 2 nights tax included. I asked when the procedures were in place, I am a BONVOY member, I have not heard of this specific type of money procedure along with cc hold. I did not have a lot of room on my credit card, hence me asking if I can put down the cash deposit on my room. AGAIN I want to be very clear, ”She never looked up and made eye contact” I felt like I was guilty before a Jury. I never saw her again, however the lingering experience held onto my mind the entire weekend, thereby ruining IT!!!!! Saving grace was the rest of the staff. I apologize for not having their names, there was a young lady with long hair and glasses working overnight, she was very kind hearted and nice. Young lady who worked what appeared the whole day and evening by herself at the desk, was direct, friendly, and hospitable. staff at your bistro, greeted me warmly, very kind during the breakfast shift, eggs were good, and the service was wonderful. As I left the hotel, young Lady by the name of Taylor asked me how my stay was, she seemed to sense I had something on my mind, she inquired warmly and I shared with her my disbelief, concern, anger, and resentful for the way I was approached, treated, and left for nothing. For whom the lady in question was Friday night approx 8pm sept 20 I sure you can find it on the video camera just above the front desk, this lady needs something, not sure if training on soft listening skills, the ability to let the customer who provides the funds from their account to provide her with a paycheck advisement is in order. The memory of this experience will be remembered, please give this matter the attention it deserves. I'm questioning if I wish to continue being an BONVOY member.....

Overall good, the address of the hotel is also relatively safe, it is not convenient to enter and exit, on the highway, but the United States is big, it is necessary to have a car.
