The air conditioner was extremely loud and made weird noises. Had I not been so exhausted I would have asked to switch rooms. Otherwise nice stay.

One thing I require, regardless of where I’m staying is cleanliness. This place was the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The customer service was good too but the cleanliness had me shocked based off my experience with other hotels I was really excited to see the care that the cleaning staff takes here. I hope other Hilton brand hotels take note cause whatever they are doing here, doesn’t always translate to other hotels… the only negative was the bed was torture, but the room was too notch! Thanks!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much. The room was so nice and the breakfast was delicious with so many options to choose from. The location was perfect for the different places we needed to go while we were in Dallas. I would highly recommend this hotel. Very clean and a very nice hotel.
