Always a great time at this hotel..easily my favorite in the Plano/Frisco area.

The hotel was in a good location and was stylish.

整體非常不錯

We had great difficulty checking in because our reservation wasn’t anywhere to be found. Corlis at the front desk was very kind and helpful. Made our stay all the better.

Enjoyed our stay. Clean and comfortable. The text messaging added a personable experience and it was easy to reach out for service.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. We had a large group and plenty of space for meeting others in the lobby. The only complaint was the restaurant for breakfast, we weren’t told until we were seated that the only option was the breakfast buffet to us. The buffet was extremely disappointing there wasn’t much to pick from and what was there was not good. We ended up paying $25 each for breakfast and had some wet eggs and a piece of bacon. The rest of the hotel was great and in a good location.

Staff i encountered were exceptional. Extremely clean all around and cleaning crew was outstanding. View of the highway wasnt great, but sunset view nonetheless. Zero complaints

The grounds and facilities are beautiful and well maintained. The hotel inside is gorgeous and elegant and beautiful. Rooms are spacious and well appointed.

I’m very disappointed that they are very limited on having things like coffee available in the morning. I stay at the hotels that cost less this much money and they have coffee available in the morning.

My stay was nice. The rooms are spacious. The beds are comfy. I had an issue with myTV and someone came right away to fix it. The breakfast buffet is tasty. Overall great stay

It was lovely, and we enjoyed the boardwalk. Room service started too late for us.
