コーヒー用の砂糖、クリーム、かき混ぜスティック等の入ったセットの袋が破られ、砂糖だけ抜き取られたような跡のものがそのまま置かれてました。
誰が使ったものかもわからないのですぐに捨てました。
洗面所のドアがちゃんと閉まらない
締めても、勝手に開いてしまう
しかも鍵も壊れてしまっている。
洗面台の排水が悪く、少し水を出しただけでもすぐに
溜まってしまい、排水するのにとてもとても時間がかかった。
トイレのドアの開閉も建て付けが良くないのかとても力が要りました。ルーム清掃担当の人はこういうのは確認しないのでしょうか？部屋自体は清潔で使いやすく、フロントデスクのスタッフも完璧なのにとても残念でした。

I asked for a battery charge. They show me more them 5 that would work for me. But they refuse to lend me. It was a shame!

Staff was incredibly friendly and warm, very quick check in. Everything in the room was in order, neat and clean. The shower was very hot and had high water pressure. Although no hot tub the pool is heated. The breakfast buffet included a gluten free muffin (sealed) which was a pleasant surprise since my family members are celiac. There was a bridge so we could walk over to a shopping center that had multiple vendors. Every time we come to the Dallas area this will be our hotel.

Very clean and spacious hotel. Breakfast is included and very good with plenty of food options including make your own waffles!! Rooms are large and plenty of store, restaurants and shopping options nearby!

Wonderful hotel at a reasonable price. Breakfast was very good, coffee for guests all day, clean, spacious rooms so you don’t feel cramped. Nothing broken or out of place. Very clean. Friendly staff. Solid choice. We ended up extending and staying an extra night!

Perfect place to stay! Front desk staff was nice & helpful. Coffee was hot & delicious. Complimentary breakfast - many choices & delicious. Rooms were clean, hotel was quiet. Glad we stayed here. Whhhy do you need to have 200 characters?! 🫣😬

Excellent stay! Everything was clean, including the pool. Breakfast was delicious and loved all the options. Friendly and welcoming staff as well. Would definitely be back!
