What a letdown. Threadbare towels. Appalling food. We ended up eating out most of the time. Cats everywhere even in the main restaurant and some doing their business by the sunbeds which the staff knew about but was still there 24 hours later. Broken rickety sunbeds. 3 broke in the week we were there. We asked for different chairs for our balcony on our first day as due to mobility issues I could not sit in them. Finally on day 3 & after daily requests my husband and a waiter took 2 chairs from another area and put them on our balcony! Dirty glasses left in room. No robes (although that didn’t really matter as they were poor quality). Broken decking around the pool and loose handrail. We heard of so many people changing their rooms due to various issues. In the week we were there we had 3 different sets of guests in the room next to ours ! And finally Irene who deals with booking requests isn’t interested in any requests that are made so don’t bother to email her! The only plus side is the location by the sea but unless you’re prepared to pay through the nose then you won’t get a glimpse of that from your room.

The best hotel I have been to ever! Amazing service from the lovely workers, they are so sweet and work fast to cater all your needs, always ask if you need anything. The view is great with the infinity pool and private beach, free sunbeds for the hotel guests. The food is all inclusive and has amazing quality. They have everything you want. The rooms with swim up pools are beautiful They also have entertainment every day

The most relaxing stay, all the staff are so friendly. We had a massage and facial with the spa and it was just what we needed to fully unwind. My therapist Daniel was super attentive and always asked if the pressure was ok. My families’ therapist (Despina and Aimitra) were also amazing. Lovely staff throughout the spa that made our experience wonderful from start to end. Great you can keep coming back whenever to use the sauna and plunge pool too. 100% recommend.

Let me begin by saying that all of the staff are absolutely first class! Friendly, efficient & very hard working. Always have a smile on their faces , which is fabulous. Food & drinks are good. On the downside only one very small a la carte restaurant which gets booked very quickly & only one trip per visit. Food there is excellent though, so book early to ensure a space. Pools are cleaned & towels provided, though they are very threadbare & in need of replacement, the sunbeds, sadly , are falling apart! Cats everywhere & pooing all over the grass where the majority of beds are located which is unpleasant to put it mildly. The thing that lets this hotel down on a massive scale is the quality & comfort of the rooms. They are very basic & old fashioned & the majority need a huge refurbishment. This is advertised as a 5 star hotel & falls very short. We stayed in the main building, many of the outer blocks were far worse. We had to pay extra for a partial seaview room as no others were available when we booked, & the main view was of a rundown building & a carpark, to see the sea, you had to be nothing short of a contortionist! TUI staff were great too, both the rep, Saul , & the entertainment team, great. Some good activities available at no extra charge such as wine tasting & Greek cooking to name a couple. Apparently these shortcomings have been reported on many occasions over several years to no avail ! Please TUI do something, this could & should offer more. 6 of us visited together & it was not cheap ! £13,000.00 to be precise. Just not acceptable, something just be done before it’s too late .

We upgraded, when booking, to a Sea view room with a large balcony. Having already explained that we had walking difficulties. When we arrived at the hotel, we found that the lift did not go all of the way up to our room level, which meant we had to walk up 2 flights of stairs, which were not fitted with a handrail, to get to our room 653. We put in a request to move rooms but we were only offered a room near the main hotel entrance, which was on the main road where there were 3 late night music/ sports bars. We turned this room down due to the noise. Some people that we spoke to said "that they had to move from a room near to the main hotel entrance, due to the late night music noise. When I spoke to the reception staff about the possibility of a room change, they weren't really interested. They all had the same response "The hotel is full". In the end I sent an Email to the Hotel Manager, explaining our situation concerning the stairs and our walking difficulties. I did not get any reply , so I sent Email a 2nd and 3rd time, but he was too ignorant to reply. Then on our 2nd to last day of our stay, as we were leaving reception, the manager stopped us and wanted to discuss the Emails in front of everybody. This is not a 5* hotel, more like 3* Our room 653 needed a total refurbishment. When the shower was used it flooded the floor by the hand basins and into the toilet, so a bundle of towels had to be put the shower entrance. The towel rail by the basins was hanging off at one end. Even in the toilet there wasn't any tiles on the floor and around the door frame there wasn't any trim, just filler between the wooden frame and the wall. The plug in one of the hand basins did work. Outside on the balcony there wasn't a continuous dividing wall between the rooms, so you could easily walk from 1 balcony to another. There were flower beds full of dead plants/weeds. The patio table and chairs were in a terrible state, hadn't been treated in years. The large sunbed was a "health hazard" due to the dirtiness of it. The sunbeds on the lawn areas were a "joke", they were rickety wooden things that nearly fell apart when moved or sat on. Again they had not been treated in years. When you were on the sunbeds you were plagued by cats, on the scrounge for food, mad e worse by the stupid people who bought food from the restaurant and fed them. Evan the staff in the eating areas did not "shoo" them away. There is even a "cathouse" in the grounds which encourages them. W even see 1 cat "spray" all over somebodies bag which was under his sunbed. Drinks from the bars were very weak/ watered down. Restaurant food was very repetitive, we starting eating out after 4 days. The best part about the hotel was its staff, not including the reception staff and the hotel manager, who worked very hard and were always polite. The location of the hotel, near the beach, and its outdoor facilities were very good. Finally I would like to thank the Manager for ruining my wife's speci

For a 5 star hotel the room is so very disappointing. Shabby and tired and the shower and toilet resemble a prison cell . I know you dont spend lots of time in your room but a 5 star hotel should 5 star rooms . One plus side staff seem nice and beautiful location.

This hotel really needs a refurbishment and its simply not 5 star. Our room was very tired, the bathroom was tiny and the decor and fittings look to be 20 years old. The shower head was hanging off the wall when we arrived. The shower area flooded into the bathroom every day, drains stank and the shower temperature scalded us every day as it ran cold to red hot. I borrowed bleach from the cleaners trolley several times to put down the drains. The toilet seat and cover was old and stained, the toilet brush disgusting. We were offered another room - but it was even worse - we could smell the drains before we went into the room. The Tui rep said the shower and room issues were unacceptable - but nothing was done about this after being offered the even worse room. Towels are hard, thread bare and off white. Pillows hard, mattress stained. Balcony tiles loose, room decor damaged and needing maintenance. Air con unit old not always working. Wifi really patchy. The drinks were always flat - Tui said this was an ongoing problem - ( its been online as an issue for months - it needs sorted.) The food was very repetitive and often not very hot and not well replenished. We gave up on day 4 and ate out. The entertainment was not great. The best thing about the hotel is its sea front location and its staff who were lovely and worked very hard - but sadly this does not come near to make up for everything else. Such a shame.

Once again ( our 4th visit), we were welcomed as warmly as previous times. The staff were all we expected plus more. Rooms very clean and tidy, drinks bar always stocked. Food as usual was splendid and service at tables was great. Snack bar staff first class. Cocktails and drinks super, as were bar staff very attentive. Good mix of fellow travellers made our holiday best so far. Keep up the good work and we hope next year we will return . Derek & Lesley Manchester

Unfortunately this is definitely not a 5star standard hotel! This was supposed to be our honeymoon so was looking for a bit of luxury however have stayed in much better 3 and 4 star hotels. The food was lovely, all the staff were nice and we liked the infinity pool but apart from this rooms were extremely basic with poor outdated fixtures and fittings even though we had paid more for a swim up room. Every single alcoholic drink was served with flat mix, many complained about this but it didn't change. We had hundreds of ants in our room and a stained duvet. First night of dining the ceiling was leaking into my food, and whilst there a poor lady git stuck in the toilet due to the handle coming off! We did speak to rep and complain who spoke to hotel but other than our duvet being changed we just had to deal with the fact Unfortunately our luxury 5star honeymoon we paid over 2k for, for only 5 nights was just not as we were expecting! Also please nite you are charged 10 euros a night environment charge on checkout which we also weren't aware of before booking. Absolutely gutted to say the least :(
