Last year, I stayed at the Marriott at North Andrews, and that was extremely clean, with room service, except you declined to have it. Based on the quality and condition of that one, this one was a true disappointment. Don't ever recall ever even seeing the elevator clean, and room service was only provided one day. It was definitely clean like I expected it to be. Truly a disappointment!!!!!!

Location was great and property was clean.
The gym was closed for renovation during our entire stay, the pool was very cold so we didn't use it. The staff could be a little more helpful. Maid service was very late in the day (usually between 4-5pm).
Also they did not have complimentary coffee which Marriot hotels usually do

Not much to look at on the outside but inside is very nice. Staff was friendly, room was very clean, great location by the mall & restaurants, & loved the window covering (i like a pitch black room). Only negative thing was there is only 1 mirror in the room so it's very hard to get ready with more than one other person rooming with you.

Kenyer was AMAZING and so very helpful. We accidentally left our wedding rings on the night stand and checked out. Upon return he contacted housekeeping who helped us retrieve them. He was conscientious, kind and super professional. A BIG help!
