Location was great, size if room was nice. Was given a roo. With a big orange stain in the carpet. The TV for the size of the room was extremely small. When booking I called to see if the breakfast was hot was yes.....there was limited coffee....hard muffins and juice. Bathroom. For location of hotel and size of room was small. Shower curtain had stains on it.

Stayed for over a week for business and had an amazing experience check in to check out. Rooms were very clean and well staged and made me feel right at ease. Would definitely stay again

The sheets and towels seemed clean but there were things like balls of human hair in the corners and the window above the AC had an inch of dust on it . Something a vacuum would have cleaned easily. The common areas where kind of dirty. Just a little more attention to detail of the cleaning staff I think.

Navigating the TV trying to find and access channels was challenging without any instructions. Tissue box was almost empty on arrival. The breakfast buffet was excellent and late afternoon staff was excellent.

Property has no restaurant and is dated. Bedding is not good. Lumpy old pillows. Somehow the towels are good ! Pool is decent although weather did not permit. Stayed due to proximity to mall prior to cruise. would not stay again. other options in area.

check in area had sticky floors and trash. 3rd floor smelled like musk/wet, trash all the way down the hall. room was clean but, the walls are too thin and we could hear everyone in their rooms as well as toilets flushing. next morning elevator had sticky and wet floor that was never cleaned throughout the entire day and next morning! Breakfast offered no fruit except rotten apples. Waffle batter was soured, sausage was cold. Same breakfast experience the next morning. Also, TV didn't work! If we weren't in such a hurry all weekend, we would have left to find another hotel. Why are the prices at this hotel the same as a Hilton but, the quality is as bad as a MOTEL-6?

I like that it was in close proximity to the event that I was attending. My recommendation in future offer shuttle service to guest as an option. Follow up with guest while staying there to find out if everything is going well. Front desk staff can be a bit friendlier.
