Environment (Picture 1): It is on a remote street in Cardiff, surrounded by residential areas (Picture 2). Newcomers need to use Google Maps to find it. During the day, the environment is quite good. There is a bar downstairs, and the hostess She was very polite. I arrived late at that time. She found my information from the guest information and told me the password to open the door. It went smoothly.
Hygiene: No problem, very clean, the room is not big, has a separate bathroom, and the single room is suitable for one person to live in

Brilliant hotel - stayed as a group and they couldn’t have been more helpful, always replied to emails quickly and were so friendly. The rooms themselves were lovely - beautifully clean and surprisingly quiet, drinks in the bar were reasonably priced and only a short walk into Cardiff Centre - would definitely recommend

Very good location ,in residential area managed to park in only space available at 12pm so believe it would be lottery to park .all other streets seemed to be permit holders .Hotel very clean adjoining pub shut at 10pm ( November Stay )

I stayed in room 3 from Monday 19th February - Friday 23rd February and was very disappointed with the attitude of the owner (the ever opinionated Lorraine!). I was served breakfast in a room where many domestic animals, such as dogs, cats, and parrots, were roaming around. This is very unhygienic and upon speaking to Lorraine about these issues, I was branded a "pathetic worm" which is totally unacceptable. A real shame as Cardiff is a beautiful city.

Very basic room .bed small tv ..n kettle that it stayed in betrer hostels for third of the price .poor breakfast quality seamed cheap cash and carry ingredients and amount..plus like zoo animals roaming about in breakfast area .To expensive aswell

I was happy with my stay; access was easy and staff friendly and helpful. The room was small, but tidy, clean and the bed excellent. The shower was great. I parked outside the hotel without drama.
