Un sitio estupendo, de los mejores visitados, habitación inmejorable, detalles perfectos, todo reformado y impecable, el hotel en general muy bonito y decorado, un gran y variado desayuno, el Spa pequeño pero funcional, asi que todo muy bien. Gracias.

Très bel hôtel . Chambres rénovées , très propres . Grande douche à l’italienne . Bonne literie , un seul regret l’oreiller est trop bas pour moi , j’aurais apprécié d’en avoir un deuxième

Hemos ido muchísimas veces a este hotel, pero esta última vez ha sido un desengaño, ya que nos dejemos un perfume en la habitación bastante caro, y cuando llame para preguntar , me dijeron que no tenían constancia, que hablarían con la responsable, ya me empezó a oler mal. Me dijeron que me llamarían. Pues pasaban los días y no me llamaban así que llame yo y me dijeron que el perfume no estaba en la habitación, que porfavor si tenía la caja le mandara una foto por correo . Pues eso hice, me contestan que ya se me dijo por teléfono que el perfume no estaba, encima como si fuera pesada, me parece vergonzoso, ya sabemos porque como he dicho al principio hemos estado muchas veces y se que las de recepción no son la alegría de huerta más bien sosas, realmente resérvenos en este hotel por la situación , el personal no es que sea agradable, y después de esto menos. Asi que cuidado con las cosas de valor en este hotel, hay mucha mano larga.
