Considering Cala Del Pi is an Adults Only Hotel, suggest the hotel looks into improving the sound proof between rooms. From these beautiful, modern and simplicity rooms, it’s terribly disturbing to hear your neighbors TV, vague voices and tones as they speak to each other and over the phone ( which you can’t ignore) unless you switch your own TV on…AND off course sounds no one wishes to hear which can completely disturb and make you no longer feel as you are in a 5-star luxury hotel 😖🫨 this was my experience as a solo, business traveler and unfortunately I won’t ever consider staying there again :( Each guest are entitled to enjoy their own privacy in their own room, point is, if the rooms has such a low sound proof capturing , guests are exposed to disruptive personal space and it can be very embarrassing!

Le top, hôtel magnifique, très bon accueil, balneo rien à dire, petit déjeuner très copieux, personnel très sympa, c'était la 1ère fois pour nous dans cet établissement, mais ça sera pas là dernière, nous recommandons cet endroit...👍🙂

Our stay at the hotel was exceptional. The cleanliness was impeccable, staff were warm and welcoming, location was excellent, and the food was delicious. The spa was amazing, adding to the overall fantastic experience. Relaxing massage

El hotel es muy bonito, recién renovado, la comida era buena pero muy poca cantidad y tardó mucho, el servicio fue excelente Me gustaría destacar la atención el metre y la camarera flaquita del comedor, la espera se hizo más agradable, muy atentos y muy amables

L'hôtel est décoré avec goût,les chambres sont propres et hi tech . Il m'a juste manqué des mouchoirs et un miroir ou l'on peut se voir de la tête au pied pour m'habiller. Le restaurant est bien, petit bémol, le service est un peu désorganisé, il manque un chef de salle pour que chacun vague à sa tâche, nous n'avons pas pris de dessert et de café car trop d attente entre l entrée et le plat. Personnel agréable à hauteur de la prestation. Il faudrait un barman dès 19 h pour prendre l'apéro avant le repas, dommage qu'il est fallut le réclamer .

Tuvimos la suerte de estrenar la suite ya que hicieron reformas y la habitación era mágica, algunos detalles por corregir pero fue a causa de que estaban estrenando el hotel de nuevo pero son temas comprensibles de resto todo fue maravilloso

A destacar el trato de todo el personal. Del primero al último. Un trato muy personal y con mucha amabilidad. El masaje en el spa muy relajante y se hace incluso corto. El spa bastante bien. Es amplio y tienes variedad de opciones. Te ofrecen toalla y gorro además del albornoz de la habitación. Todo bastante limpio y cuidado. El restaurante una vez encuentras la entrada todo estupendo. Muy buen trato, todos los camareros muy atentos en todo momento. Oferta variada y un precio no muy elevado teniendo en cuenta el tipo de hotel. La habitación que nos dieron se veía muy nueva, con amplio balcón con dos sillones y una cama de exterior y vistas a la playa. La habitación igual que otros de la misma cadena, amplia, limpia y de calidad. Cama dura y cómoda con diferentes tipos de almohadas. Y además del minibar te regalan una botella de agua y tienes cafetera nespresso. El baño se ve bastante nuevo, así que en general muy bien. Un detalle que nos sorprendió al marchar es que te dan una bolsa con unas botellas de agua para el viaje. Detalles que son una tontería pero que marcan la diferencia con respecto a otros de la misma categoría. No sabría si recomendar el hotel en temporada alta ya que es zona muy turística. Por el resto todo estupendo.

Très beau séjour reposant, spa au top, les soins par contre un peu trop tonique pour un soin visage, je n'ai pas réussi à me décontracter dommage
en ce qui concerne le bar, il manquait sur trois jours des boissons qui étaient sur la carte, on te propose à la place des boissons très excessifs, pas cool

impossible de dormir le matin car le service d'entretien passe un souffleur bruyant sous les fenêtres. J'ai signalé le premier jour et pourtant j'ai été réveillé à nouveau. Même experiénce en 2022 Le SPA et l'accueil sont très bien. Le bar est juste nul.
